PCA & Co. is committed to providing excellent service and ensuring client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our professional services and the time and resources invested in each engagement, our refund policy adheres to the following guidelines:

Scope of Services:
Refunds are applicable only to fees paid for specific services that have not been initiated or completed. Once a service has commenced, fees are considered earned and are generally non-refundable.
Refund Requests:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to mail@pcaandco.in within 7 days of the original payment. Please include your name, contact information, service description, and reason for the refund request.

Refund Eligibility:
We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, considering the following factors:

Stage of Service: If the service has not commenced, a refund of 70% of the fee paid may be issued. If work has begun, no refund shall be considered.

Reason for Refund: We aim to be fair and accommodating. However, refunds may not be granted for reasons such as a change in the client's financial situation or a decision not to proceed with a project after services have commenced.

Contractual Agreements: Refund terms may be subject to specific contractual agreements entered into with the client and contratual agreements shall override this general refund policy.
Processing Refunds:
Approved refunds will be paid within 25 business days and returned via the original payment method.
Exceptions:
In exceptional circumstances, such as the unforeseen cancellation of a service by PCA & Co., a full refund will be provided.
